Riverside-Albert, New Brunswick

Riverside-Albert (2006 pop.: 320) is a Canadian village in Albert County, New Brunswick.

The village is composed of two separate communities, Riverside and Albert, which were amalgamated into a single municipality in 1966.

Riverside-Albert is located on the Shepody River at he edge of the Shepody Marsh. It is approximately halfway between two major tourist destinations: Fundy National Park and the Hopewell Rocks. Notable residents have included Abner Reid McClelan and Roscoe Fillmore.

The Trans Canada Trail passes through Riverside-Albert.[1]
